Wynn Resorts fulfilled the latest requirement of its Massachusetts gaming license by making its annual slot-assessment payment to the Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) in the amount of $1,945,200. The annual payment period commenced when the Region A gaming license was awarded to Wynn Resorts in 2014 and is based on the number of slot machines projected by Wynn in its application to the commission.
“Wynn is happy to reach an increasing number of project milestones and meet all the requirements of our license; it’s a clear indication that we’re getting closer to our goal of building and opening a spectacular five-star Wynn Resort in Everett,” said Robert DeSalvio, president of Wynn Everett. “We’re doing everything that’s needed to keep things moving forward and on schedule.”
