Renhzo Carrera, 37, 1 Grandview Rd., Chelsea, was arrested for operating motor vehicle with revoked license, and on a warrant.

Lawrence Jeffrey, 40, 63 Sagamore Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for illegal possession of Class C substance and warrants.
