John Tocco was joined by Encore President Bob DeSalvio, and Encore’s Jacqui Krum, in thanking friends and members of Everett United for bringing the casino to fruition. Encore threw Tocco a goodbye party at the Encore Buffet on Tuesday night, July 23. Tocco will join his wife in their consulting business, and will officially leave Encore Aug.1.
