The Everett High School (EHS) Art Department is happy to announce that it had seven outstanding students honored in this year’s Boston Globe Scholastic Art Awards program. EHS students garnered four Gold Key awards, one Silver Key honor, and two honorable mention selections. The Gold Key winners went on to compete against other Gold Key winners from around the country in a national competition. This is a true testament to the quality of the art program and students we have here in Everett. The Scholastic Art Awards program started in 1927 and is the largest and longest-running program of its kind in the country. The EHS Art Department faculty congratulates every student who participated.
