Joyce Aluia

Of Melrose, formerly of Everett

Joyce Aluia of Melrose, formerly of Everett, died on November 14.

The beloved companion of Donald Belmonte, she was the loving mother of Michelle Aluia and her spouse, Noah Richards of Martha’s Vineyard; beloved sister of Rita Belmonte and her husband, John of New Hampshire and Vito Aluia and his wife, Dallas of Chelmsford. She is also survived by two beloved grandchildren, Autumn and Isaac; her nieces, Lisa, Vanessa, and Kristin; her nephew Marco and a great niece, Olivia.

Michelle ‘Mimi’ Agresti

Of Lynnfield, Formerly of Everett

Michelle M. “Mimi” (Woods) Agresti of Lynnfield, formerly of Everett, died on November 7.

She was the beloved wife of Carmine D. ; mother of Amanda and Kayla; daughter of Mary Woods and the late Joseph; sister of Paul Woods and Jean Marie “Jamye” MacCann and is also survived by one niece, Kerry and one nephew, Brendan.

Lawrence Navarro

Retired MBTA Laborer

Lawrence J. Navarro, a longtime resident of Wilmington, died on November 9 at Genesis of Wilmington Healthcare.

Born in Boston and a retired laborer with the MBTA, he was the beloved husband of Theresa A. (Gaetani) for more than 69 years; dear and devoted father of Joanne T. Fredette of Medford and Lawrence J. Navarro, Jr. of Wilmington; loving brother of Sebastiano and Albert of Georgia.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to  the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, Everett. Interment was in the Annunciation Cemetery in Danvers.

Kathleen Zanor

Kathleen T. (Moore) Zanor of Everett died on November 11.

Kathleen was a long-time employee of the Whidden Hospital and a member of GBARC and MSPCC.

The Zanor family would like to extend gratitude to the Sunrise Senior Living of Braintree for the love and exceptional care of their mother.

She was the beloved wife of the late Walter P. Zanor; loving mother of James Zanor and his wife, Maureen of Branford, CT, Walter Zanor and his wife, Ana of Stoughton, Therese Strahan of Melrose, Kathleen McCarron and her husband, Myles of Castro Valley, CA, Debra Berardinelli and her husband, Jason of Abington and the late Edward K. Zanor and loving son-in-law, Kevin Strahan; beloved sister of Elizabeth Michalowski of California; her late sisters Mary Ellen and Gladys and late brothers Edward and Joseph. She is also survived by seven beloved grandchildren: Rayna Strahan, Molly and Joe McCarron, Eddie and Anya Zanor and Anthony and Sarah Berardinelli.
