Paul Delory Elected as Chairman of the Everett Co-operative Bank Board of Directors

Elizabeth P. Jones, President and CEO of Everett Co-operative Bank has announced that the Bank’s Board of Directors has unanimously elected Attorney Paul A. Delory as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Delory, the Bank’s General Counsel, has been a Director since 1997. He succeeds Joseph Sachetta who served as Chairman for the past seven years.  Mr. Sachetta will continue as a Director of the Bank.

Mr. Delory has maintained his law practice in Everett for 36 years. Mr. Delory’s practice areas include commercial, corporate, and banking law; commercial and residential real estate conveyancing and development; estate planning and administration, and litigation in all courts and before administrative agencies.

Mr. Delory is a graduate of Boston College High School, where he was a member of the National Honor Society. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College, summa cum laude; Phi Beta Kappa. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School.

Mr. Delory is a member of many professional and charitable organizations, including the Massachusetts Bar Association; Middlesex County Bar Association; First District Eastern Middlesex Bar Association (Past President); Real Estate Bar Association, and Massachusetts Association of Bank Counsel.  He is also a member of the Boston College Alumni Association, the Triple Eagle Group, and he serves as a Trustee of Pope John XXIII High School.

Mr. Delory resides in Lynnfield with his wife, Paula.  He is the father of three sons; Paul, David and Andrew.
