EHS Winter Sports Season gets Underway
The 2020 winter sports season for Everett High athletic teams gets underway this coming week.
The Crimson Tide boys and girls track teams were set to compete in the Greater Boston League pre-season Jamboree today (Wednesday) at Revere High. Their first dual meet of the year will take place next Wednesday at Revere.
The EHS hockey team will face-off against Nashoba Tech tomorrow (Thursday) evening at 7:00 at Allied Veterans Rink. The Crimson Tide then will make the short trip down the Revere Beach Parkway to Cronin Rink in Revere on Saturday for a 5:00 face-off against Greater Boston League rival Revere and will return home to host GBL foe Medford next Wednesday evening.
The boys basketball squad will open its 2020 campaign with a big game against Catholic Memorial Friday evening. The opening tip at the EHS gym is set for 7:00. The boys will be back in action Monday at Revere.
The EHS girls basketball team will get its 2020 season underway on Monday evening when the Lady Crimson Tide host Revere at 6:30.
