Mayor Carlo DeMaria had Everett kids help him cut the ribbon to officially open RiverGreen Park.
Dalissa Lopez posed in a pumpkin patch at RiverGreen Park on Saturday afternoon, Nov. 3, during the City’s Halloween celebration – which also included the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new RiverGreen Park funded by Encore Boston Harbor.
