Daniel Hanlon

Computer-Telephone Engineer; Son of City Councillor and Former Everett Mayor

Daniel J. Hanlon of Everett entered into rest unexpectedly on Saturday, November 22 in the Whidden Memorial Hospital in Everett. Dan was only 50 years old.

Born in Everett, he lived in Everett for most of his life and was a Computer-Telephone engineer by profession.

He was the husband of Ninfa Madrid; dear and devoted father of Thomas and Emily Hanlon of Everett; beloved son of City Councilor and former Mayor of the City of Everett John F. Hanlon and Frances (Canderozzi); loving brother of John F. Hanlon, Jr. and his wife, Lynn of Hudson, NH, William P. Hanlon and his companion, Michelle Barns of Revere, Cynthia Randall and her husband, Paul of Everett and Tracy Shea and her husband, Christopher of North Andover. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Dan’s Funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett, Saturday, November 29 at 10 a.m. Visiting hours in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) Everett will be held on Friday, November 28 from 4 to 8 p.m. Interment will be in  Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
