Senator DiDomenico Secures $2.5 Million Dollars for Everett Parks

Senator Sal DiDomenico recently secured $2.5 million dollars for improvements to parks in Everett as part of the Environmental Bond Bill. The money authorized will allow the city of Everett to update and maintain our parks so residents can continue to have a place to enjoy the outdoors in our community.

“I am proud to have secured this money on behalf of the citizens of Everett,” said Senator Sal DiDomenico. “I am happy that our parks will receive the improvements they need in order to make it more enjoyable for everyone in the community. It is great to have a place to go outside with friends and family and these funds will help to assure that the park can continue to provide this environment for residents.”

The Environmental Bond Bill, which was recently passed by the Senate, contains authorizations that will help create or improve various environmental projects throughout the Commonwealth.
