Ward 4 Councilor Holly Garcia attended the Lynn Democratic City Committee Ice Cream Social Sunday at the Lynn Museum where she greeted U.S. Sen. Edward J. Markey (left), Garcia also enjoyed conversing with other officials including Lt. gov. Kim Driscoll, Sec. of State William Galvin, and Lynn Mayor Jared Nicholson.
