Lenore ‘Lee’ Connolly

Longtime Everett Teacher Aide

Lenore K. “ Lee” (O’Brien) Connolly of Everett passed away peacefully at home on October 21. She was 89 years old.

A long time Everett Teacher Aide prior to her retirement, she was the beloved wife and copilot for 61 years to the late Richard H. Connolly; loving mother of Rich Connolly and his wife, Ellen of Melrose, Julie O’Neill of Marshfield, Joanne Leach and her husband, Michael of Wakefield, and the late Janet O’Neill and her surviving husband, Michael of North Reading; loving sister of Anne Gibbons of Maine; cherished grandmother of Michael Richard O’Neill, Katie Britton, Sean Richard O’Neill, Julia and Richard Connolly and Molly and Nora Leach; cherished great grandmother of Kevin Britton and Alanah O’Neill.

Funeral arrangements were by the JF Ward Funeral Home, Everett. Interment was in Glenwood Cemetery, Everett. Frederick Sullivan

Decorated World War II Veteran

Frederick A. Sullivan of Everett died on October 15.

Fred was a US Army veteran of World War II and the  recipient of the Purple Heart after being wounded in combat in the Battle of the Bulge under General George Patton’s 3rd Army. Fred worked for U.S. Postal service at the South Postal Annex in South Boston and also worked many years at the Gold Coin Restaurant in Malden and the Tasty Garden in Everett for the Chan family.

 He was the father of Lori Manfra of Malden and Julie Macneil of Melrose; dear brother of Richard and Kenneth, both of Wakefield, Marian McCloud of Melrose, Shirley Neagle and Elizabeth Ianuzzi, both of Malden and the late Dorothy Harding and Frank Sullivan; cherished friend of Oneida “Marji “Lamos of Revere and is also survived by four loving grand children and many friends including John McAdam, Tommy Dillion, John Bagnell and former Everett Mayor Ed Conolly.

Barbara Taylor

Of Everett

Barbara F. (Prower) Taylor of Everett passed away on October 20. She was 82 years old.

She was the beloved wife of the late George K. Taylor; loving mother of Mariann Gordon and her husband, Stephen, Dawn Gnieski and her husband, John, Barbara Smeglin and her husband, William, Paula Sousa and her husband, Dean, Tammy DiPiero and her husband, Gary, Tracy Taylor, Edward Taylor and his late wife, Susan Sullivan, Steven Taylor and his wife, Maryellen, Paul Taylor, Scott Taylor and his wife, Dawn and Glen Taylor and his wife, Stacey; loving sister of John Prower, Mary Hopper, Betty Vinci and her husband, Anthony and the late Catherine Coolen; cherished grandmother of Billy, Shaina, Shawn, Joseph, Casey, Kelsey, Ashley, Steven, Michael, Alexandra, Dean Sousa, Lauren, Noah, Scott, Tess, and Mickala and the cherished great grandmother of Morrisa.
