William Dinan
His Family Was His Greatest Passion
William P. Dinan of Everett passed away at his home surrounded by his family on June 25. He was 70 years old.
William was born in Cambridge, one of five children of the late John and Mary (Horrigan) Dinan. He was raised in Cambridge, graduated from Sacred Heart High School, Class of 1960 and worked as HVAC representative for Hazelton Corporation of Newton. He served in the U.S. Marines during Vietnam. For many years, William was a loving caretaker to his wife Kathleen, who predeceased him in 2009. His greatest passion was his family. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and brother-in-law. He will be dearly missed by all who loved him. He was the beloved husband of the late Kathleen A (Phelan) and loving father of Diane Trainito and her husband, Scott of Everett and Sean Dinan and his fiancee, Lisa of Lunenburg and the late Kelly; the brother of Margaret Bonanno of Florida and the late Marie, Eileen, and John. He was the son-in-law of the late Joseph and Catherine (Maddox) Phelan and cherished brother-in-law of Susan Kulmacz, Ann Phelan, Cheryl Campbell and her husband, Shawn, Joseph Phelan and his wife, Patricia, Patricia Astuti and her husband, Thomas and the late Michael. William is also survived by his grandchildren: Brittney, Anthony, Micaela, Kailyn and Joseph. Funeral Services were held on Saturday from the Murphy O’Hara Funeral Home, 519 Broadway, Everett with Reverend Kevin Toomey, Pastor of St Raphael Church of Medford officiating. Interment followed in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Founder of Sal’s Cleaners of Everett
Salvatore G. Barresi, Sr. of Everett died on June 25. He was 78 years old.
Sal was the founder of Sal’s Cleaners in Everett since 1974.
The beloved husband of the late Florence (Moreschi), he was the loving father of Sal Barresi Jr. and his wife, Eileen of Saugus, Debra Cooper and her husband, John of Saugus and Joseph Barresi and his wife, Tina of Wakefield; cherished brother of Delores DeCarlo and her daughter, Linda McCarthy and the late Marie Donnaruma and her late daughter, Kim and her surviving daughter Karen Haskell. He was the devoted foster father of Michael Bruno. He is also survived by his seven loving grandchildren: Stephen, Sal III and his wife, Kelly, Michael and his wife, Jacqueline, Paul, Brian, Nicholas and Jacob and by five great grandchildren, Julia, Erin, Joshua, Matthew and Brielle and by many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements were by the Salvatore Rocco and Sons Funeral Home, Everett. Interment was at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Of Saugus, formerly of Everett
Angelina Nicoli of Saugus, formerly of Everett, died on June 26.
A member of Revere Moose, she was the beloved wife of the late Alfred; mother of Gail Walley and her husband, Frederick of Saugus, Rhonda Giambusco of Peabody, Maria Crosby and her husband, Mark of Wilmington, and Renee of Everett; sister of Tina Surabian of Lexington and was pre-deceased by five other siblings. She is also survived by six grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
