The Board of Aldermen unanimously appointed Officer Jermaine Bellard as a patrolman to the Everett Police Department. Mayor Carlo DeMaria, Police Chief Steven Mazzie and Bishop Robert G. Brown, the EPD Chaplain, were on hand to congratulate the newest member of the department.
