Meal Support Available in Everett
Mystic Valley Aging Services Provides Meals to Homes and Senior Center
As the City of Everett’s community meal program concludes on August 31, 2026, Mystic Valley Aging Services is available to help residents affected by the change.
Mystic Valley Aging Services provides home-delivered meals through its Meals on Wheels program. For people on a doctor-recommended diet, specialized meals are available: low-carb, cardiac health, renal care, and low-lactose. Mystic Valley offers several cultural menus: Asian/Vietnamese, Caribbean, and Kosher. There is also a vegetarian menu and three texture options: soft, ground, or pureed.
In addition, Mystic Valley offers community-based meals in collaboration with Everett’s Connolly Center and Glendale Towers.
Mystic Valley Aging Services supports older adults, people with disabilities, and family caregivers. Since 1975, the nonprofit has connected residents with food assistance and a variety of other services and resources.
