Members of Phunk Phenomenon, and Everett- based dance company, entertained those in attendance at the first-ever Juneteenth celebration at Everett City Hall on Thursday, June 17.
The dance company joined in a collaborative effort with the City of Everett and the North Shore Juneteenth Association, Inc., to host the event.
