Marc Elie Mordoin with his piece, “Shadow Self,” and Fredeline Thompson enjoyed the ribbon cutting celebration at the new City Hall Gallery in Everett City Hall that kicked off with a celebration of Black History Month. Artists from the community and the public schools came together for the opening of the gallery and a celebration of Black History and culture.
