Mayor Carlo DeMaria Jr along with the Everett Health Department and Substance Abuse and Prevention Coordinators will hold an Open House on Thursday Sept. 26, from 1-4 p.m. in the Keverian Room at City Hall. September is Emergency Preparedness month along with Recovery Month.
Health Department and Coordinators will be present with information and handouts on how to prepare for an emergency event. Information will include how to prepare you, property, family and recovery time after such an event.
There will be demonstrations on Narcan, information on Recovery, Stop the Bleed and Emergency lists for homes.
