Armando ‘Mundo’ Vetrano

Of Everett

Armando “Mundo”  Vetrano of Everett died on Oct. 6.

A World War II U.S. Army Air Force veteran, he was the loving father of Debra Paglucca and her husband, Michael of North Reading and Dennis Vetrano and his wife, Christine of Marshfield and the beloved brother of the late Leo, Nicholas, Anthony, Michael, John, Henry, Lillian Vetrano and Josephine D’Angelis. He is survived by four loving grandchildren: Michael, Danielle, Cory and Ryan and many nieces and nephews.

His Funeral will be held from the Salvatore Rocco and Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., Everett on Friday, Oct. 12, at 10 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at the Immaculate Conception Church, Everett at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to visiting hours which are Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. Complimentary valet parking Thursday at Main St. Entrance. Internment will be at Glenwood Cemetery, Everett. Armando was a late WWII Veteran serving in the Army Air Force. In lieu of flowers, donations in Armando’s memory, may be made to Boystown.org.

Paul Kelly

N.E. Tel & Tel retiree and retired City of Everett Parking Clerk

Paul F. Kelly of Everett entered into eternal rest on Sunday, Oct. 7, surrounded by his loving family in the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers.  He was 86 years old.

Born in Chelsea, Paul has been a longtime resident of Everett.  He retired from the New England Telephone and Telegraph Company in a management position.  Following retirement, he was appointed parking clerk for the City of Everett, a position he held for many years.  He also served honorably in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.

He was the beloved husband of Doreen (Roy) and the late Regina (Quinlan), dear and devoted father of Colin Kelly and his wife, Robin of Middleton and the late Kevin Kelly and the brother of the late Dr. Albert Kelley and Robert Kelly.  Paul is also survived by his daughter-in-law, Susan Kelly-Weeder of North Andover and Doreen’s children, Keith and Cheryl Gove of Revere and Michael and Kristina Gove of Peabody and many nieces and nephews. He was the loving Papa of Ryan and Taylor Kelly, Duncan and Quinlan Kelly and Kyle and Andrew Gove.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Paul’s visiting hours in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main Street) Everett on Thursday, Oct. 11 from 4 to 8 p.m.  His funeral will be from the funeral home on Friday at 9 a.m.,  followed by a Funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett, at 10 a.m. Interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Paul’s memory to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701 would be sincerely appreciated.
