Anthony Kelley was joined by proud parents, Anna and Dan, on Saturday, Sept. 29, as he was officially granted his Eagle Scout rank from Everett’ Troop 814 in the Glendale Methodist Church. Kelley has been involved in scouting since he was in second grade, and worked his way up through the ranks to Eagle.
