Michael Oddi
Retired chemist
Michael J. Oddi of Everett entered into eternal rest on Friday, Jan. 12 at his sister Terry’s home where he has been cared for these last few months. He was 94 years old.
Born in Hanlin, Pennsylvania, Mike lived in Everett for many years. He was a chemist by profession having retired from the Shipley Company and a US Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. The devoted son of the late Maria (Presutti) and Francesco Oddi, he was the beloved husband of the late Rose R. (Gulla) Oddi, dear and devoted father of the late Mark Oddi, loving brother of Teresa “Terry” Iannaco of Everett, Margaret D’Archangelo of Wakefield and the late Susan Petrigno, Tina Frangiamone, Anthony and Daniel Oddi. Michael is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Funeral arrangements were by the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) Everett. Interment, with Military Honors, was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Carol Kaelin
Of Everett
Carol A. (Agnetta) Kaelin of Everett died on Jan. 18.
The beloved wife of the late Victor M. Kaelin, she was the loving mother of Robin DiGiovanni and her husband, Joseph and Victor M. Kaelin, Jr., all of Everett; loving sister of James “Tank” Agnetta and his wife, Karen. She is also survived by her one beloved grandson, John Held and his wife, Amanda, and two loving great-grandchildren, Emma and Connor. She also leaves many loving nieces and nephews. Her Funeral will be held from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., Everett today, Wednesday, Jan. 24 at 9 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Anthony’s Church in Everett at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Josephine Clark
Transitron Electronics retiree
Josephine Mary (Scalli) Clark of Everett entered into eternal rest at home on Monday, Jan. 15. She was 95 years old. Josephine was born in Revere, lived in Florida for many years and returned to Everett to live with her daughter, Cheryl Ann and her family.
She worked in quality control for Transitron Electronics in Melrose for many years before her retirement.
She was the beloved wife of the late William Clark, dear and devoted mother of Elaine Buckley of Longboat Key, Florida, William Clark and his wife, Carol of Beverly and Florida and Cheryl Ann D’Andrea and her husband, Michael of Everett; sister of Anna McDaniels of San Diego, CA and the late Patricia LaBella, Frances Petrella, Frank and Donald Scalli and the loving grandmother of Donna, Paul and Elaine Buckley, Brandon and Melissa Clark, Dino and Deena D’Andrea and the late Debbie Leith. Also surviving are seven loving great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements were by Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, Everett. Interment was in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Contributions in Josephine’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105 would be sincerely appreciated.

Angelina Panarese
Of Everett
Angelina ‘Lina’ (Porpora) Panarese of Everett entered into rest on Jan. 20.
“Lina” was born in Cava de Tirreni, Salerno, Italy and has since been a life-long resident of Everett.
She was the loving wife of the late Anthony J.; mother of John and his wife, Terri of Peabody, Linda Panarese Casilli and her husband, Luigi of Italy and Dorothy of Middleton; sister of Rita D’Amelio, Giulia Avagliano, the late Matteo, Gaetana, Michele, Nino, Vincenzo and Franco Porpora. She is also survived by seven grandchildren: Jeremy and Anthony Panarese, Cristina and Anna Casilli and Nicholas, Juliana and Sam Thiel and one great-grandson, Domenic Panarese and the caring aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., Everett, Thursday, Jan. 25 at 9 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church, Everett at 10 a.m. Visiting hours will be today, Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. Complimentary valet parking will be available. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Interment will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.

Of Everett, formerly of Sicily
Rosaria (Fretto) Rizzo of Everett entered into eternal rest on Saturday, Jan. 20 in the Eastpointe Nursing and Rehabilation Center in Chelsea after being in failing health. She was 83 years old.
Born in Pietraperzia, Sicily, Italy, Rosaria lived in Everett for many years. She was the beloved wife of the late Filippo Rizzo, dear and devoted mother of Atty. Maria Concetta Rizzo-Laface and her husband, Salvatore of Everett, Rosario Rizzo and his wife, Kathleen of Houston, TX and Joseph Rizzo and his wife, Michelle of Potomac, MD; sister of Raimondo, Maria, Rocco, Concetta, Fina, Enza and the late Giuseppe Fretto. Loving “Nonno’ ” “Sarina” of Alexandria Rizzo-Tyre and her husband, Nathan, Amanda, Robert Phillip and Sarah Rizzo and great-grandmother of Charlotte Sarah Tyre.
