Councilor-at-Large Wayne Matewsky welcomed Everett children of all ages to his annual Halloween party at the Silver Fox on Sunday, Oct. 29. There were everything from skeletons to unicorns to Robin Hood at the annual party. The party started in the big fun on Tuesday for Halloween night trick or treating.
