Joseph Pendleton bravely let Harold the tarantula sit upon his head during The Creature Teacher summer program at the Shute Library last Thursday, July 14. Children at the program got to interact with snakes, frogs lizards and birds, and learn about how those animals live. Activities are planned all summer long at the Shute Library and residents are encouraged to visit.
