Long-time Everett resident Rev. Paul Daniel raised the flag for Haitian Flag Day last Wednesday, May 18, over City Hall. Sitting just below the U.S. flag and the POW-MIA flag, the Haitian flag flew ceremonially for the afternoon over City Hall. It is the first time that the Haitian flag, or any ceremonial
flag, has flown over Everett.
