Everett residents Dotty Gomez and Dottie Martin-Long to the
Connolly Center to lead an in depth discussion in commemoration
of Black History Month. Gomez and Martin- Long educated
the attendees of important people and events in the history of
the African- American movement that made contributions to
the Everett community and the challenges and obstacles that
they presented.
