John McGrath

Of Brookline, formerly of Everett

John A. McGrath of Brookline, formerly of Everett, died on August 17.

He was the son of Jean (Martocchio) and the late John and brother of Stacy, all of Brookline. He is also survived by many beloved friends and family members.

Rafella ‘Rae’ Fiorentino

Wife of the Former Owner of Fiorentino’s Package Store

Raffella “Rae” (Fabiano) Fiorentino of Everett, formerly of the North End of Boston, “left this Earth for Heaven” on August 22.

She was the beloved wife of the late Albert “Bishy” who was the former owner of Fiorentino’s Package Store; mother of Angelo “Butch” and his wife, Rosemarie of Everett and Doreen Wallace and her husband, Richard of Melrose and is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be forever in their hearts. Mrs. Fiorentino was pre-deceased by seven siblings.

Ronald ‘Ron’ Mastrocola

Retired US Air Force Lt. Colonel

Ronald F. “Ron” Mastrocola, Lt. Col. US Air Force and the Massachusetts Air National Guard, of Medford, formerly of Everett, died on August 20.

Ronald was a U.S. Air Force career Lieutenant Colonel and also a Lieutenant Colonel for the Massachusetts Air National Guard for 35 years until his retirement.

He was the beloved husband of Veronica (Trask); father of Nancy Cosco and her husband, John of Londonderry, NH, Gail of Everett, Ron and his wife, Nancy of Stoneham and Ken and his wife, Tina of South Hamilton; brother of Frank of Medford, formerly of Everett and the late Jim, Rose D’Angelo, Florence Tenaglia, Peter and Paul. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren: Lauren Williams and her husband, Jonny, John Cosco and his fiancé, Jen DeLong, Nick Cosco, Jim, Katelyn, Lia, Ronnie, Gabriela, Greta, Tessa, Michael, Erika and by one great-granddaughter, Lucia Williams.

Funeral arrangements were by the Salvatore Rocco and Sons Funeral Home, Everett. Interment was in the Glenwoood Cemetery, Everett.
