Corinne Forgione

Wakefield resident

Corinne J. (Aretusi) Forgione of Wakefield, formerly of Reading, died on April 9.

She was the devoted wife of the late Joseph Forgione; beloved mother of Corinne Biberger of Reading and the late Beverly McGrann; mother in-law of Martin McGrann of Canton; dear sister of Mary Bell of Florida and the late Barbara Rizza; sister in-law of Charles Rizza of Wakefield; cherished grandmother of Meghan and Paul McGrann and Nicholas and Alexandria Biberger and is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Her Funeral will be held from the A.J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main St., Malden on Thursday, April 14 at 10:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Most Blessed Sacrament Church, 1155 Main St., Wakefield at 11:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Peter D’Andrea

Survivor of Pearl Harbor, December 7, 1941

Peter J. D’Andrea of Saugus, formerly of Everett, died on April 9.

A General Electric Co. retiree and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, he was a Pearl Harbor Survivor of December 7, 1941 and a member of the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association.

He was the beloved husband of Oneita (Newell) D’Andrea; loving father of Philip Canale of Saugus and Joy Laporte of Dudley; cherished grandfather of Stephen Laporte, Justine Laporte, Andrew Laporte, Paige Canale, Emily Crain and great grandfather of Kaleb Laporte and Laurelyn Laporte; devoted brother of Loretta Amato of Everett, Phyllis Trigilio of Everett, Theodore D’Andrea of Wellesley, Mary Lou DeFilippo of Wellesley, Angelo D’Andrea of Malden and the late Cora Trubiani, Melin D’Andrea, Albert D’Andrea.

Louis Dimond

Louis B. Dimond of Everett died on April 9.

He was the loving father of Sharon Dimond of Southbridge and Caitlin Dimond of Fitchburg and is survived by five loving grandchildren, Michael, Veronica, Alexis, Brianna and Isabel; his former wife, Lynn (Sanders), and his siblings, Kathleen Venezia, Edward, Steven and Lawrence Dimond. He was the loving nephew of Palmie “Pam”, Mary, Lenny and Joseph as well as many loving cousins.

Peter Hansen

Retired Truck Driver

Peter J. Hansen of Everett died on April 7. He was 79 years old.

Mr. Hansen was a US Army Korean War veteran, a retired truck driver Teamster’s Union Local 25, and a member of the Polish Club in Chelsea.

He was the beloved husband of Loretta M. (Theall) Hansen; loving father of Eleanor McCarthy, Diane Crescenzo and her husband, Richard, and Janet Hansen; loving brother of Janet Saxon, Joanne Shea and her husband, Terry, and the late Doris Faulkner, Rita Banko, and Grace Ferrone; cherished grandfather of Sean, Ed, Guy, Nathan, Derek and Seth. He is also survived by five cherished great grandchildren.

Mary L. (Ardizzoni) Ciano of Everett died on April 7.

A former School Crossing Guard on the corner of Glendale and Morris Streets in Everett, she was the beloved wife of Angelo; mother of Michael of Revere and is also survived by nieces and nephews. She was the sister of 10 late brothers.

Joseph ‘Bud’ Furbush

Joseph F. “Bud” Furbush of Everett died on April 5.

A US Army veteran of the Korean War, he was the beloved husband of the late Loretta (O’Dwyer), the father of Alicia of Stoneham and Edward and his wife, Kelly, of Lynnfield, brother of the late Mary Floramo, Dorothy Collins, Margaret Sampson and Daniel and is also survived by two grandchildren, Cameron and Kayleigh, as well as nieces and nephews.

Angelina ‘Angie’ Puopolo

Former Everett resident

Angelina “Angie” (Filaccio) Puopolo of Wilmington, North Reading and Everett, died on April 4. She was in her 96th year.

A member of the North Reading Golden Age Club and the Senior Center in North Reading, she was the beloved wife of the late John A. Puopolo; devoted mother of Delanne Corvino and her late husband, Robert, of North Reading; daughter of the late Andrew and Italia Filaccio; cherished Nana of Robert E. Corvino Jr. and his wife, Stacey, and John A. and his wife, Laura, all of North Reading; cherished Nonnie of Leah Marie, Alexis Rose, Robert Edward III, Anthony Robert and Michael John; dear sister of Fortunato Vecchione of Newton and the late Mary Chiarello; Peter, Jerry and John Vecchione. A special thank you to her devoted niece Mary Polcari for all her love and support.

Evelyn Ann Mosely

Of Florida, formerly of Everett

Evelyn Ann (Burley) Mosely of Spring Hill, Florida, formerly Everett, died after a brief illness on March 29 at Oak Hill Hospital. She was 49 years old.

She is survived by her loving husband, Paul; her beloved sons, Stephen and Adam Desmond, both of Everett; her mother, Irene Burley, of Everett, her sisters, Dianne Mallett, of Revere, Michele Paradis and her husband, Steven, of Revere, Patricia Wade and her husband, Peter, of Everett, Lisa DellIsola and her husband, Scott, of Derry, NH, her brother, Arthur Burley, of Concord, NH, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

A memorial mass was held at the Immaculate Conception Parish, Everett. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Evelyn’s name to the Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital, #28128085, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.

Robert Harris

Musician, member of Elks, Masons and Emmanuel Baptist Church

Robert Harris died suddenly at the Mass General Hospital on April 6. He was 77 years old.

He was born on April 9, 1933, the son of the late Lloyd Pack and Gloria Harris and was raised by the late Irene and James Collins. A life-long Everett resident, he graduated from Everett High School Class of 1953. He excelled in music, was a great trombone player and attended the New England Conservatory where he majored in music. He loved all types of music, gave trombone lessons, and played in several bands including The New Conservatives.

He worked at Revere Sugar Refinery for 30 plus years and Continental Airlines for 15 years and retired in August of 2010 from Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum after 10 years of service. He was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church, the Elks and the Masons and the director of Pond Homestead Camp in Wrentham for several years.

He was the beloved husband of Joan M. (Martin) and loving father of Laureen Jayne Serrano, Robert Taylor Harris and Dwayne Michael Harris; the husband of the late Gloria Hensey Harris and the brother of Richard Pack, and the late Leonard Jackson, and Edward Pack. He is also survived by his grandchildren:  Chivonne Bailer, Charles Bailer III, Dwayne (DJ) Harris, Michael Harris, Robert Harris, Jr. and his great grandchildren, Deja Wallace and Isaac Williams.

His Funeral Service was held on Monday Evening at the Emmanuel Baptist Church with Reverend Wayne Gadie officiating. Burial was at Puritan Lawn Cemetery. Donations may be made in his name to the Emmanuel Baptist Church, 20 Hillside Ave., Malden, MA. 02148. Arrangements were by The Murphy O’Hara Funeral Home, 519 Broadway, Everett.
