Mayor Carlo DeMaria and First Lady Stacy DeMaria welcomed trick-or-treaters to their home. City staffers and Everett Police were on hand to welcome revelers to the Drive-in movie at RiverGreen. Kevin O’Donnell and other staff members helped to hand out candy for trick-or-treat.
