Cultural Council Chair Karyn Alzayer and her husband, Daud, were pleased see representation for the arts in Everett during the first-ever Everett Cultural Council Grant Reception at the Village Bar & Grill on Thursday, May 9. Numerous artists and City officials celebrated more than $17,000 in grant funding to artists and art activities in the City.
