Brenda Dalrymple proudly pinned her husband’s new badge on his lapel, a journey to the promotion that took months of recovery in the hospital after Dalrymple suffered severe burns in a house fire this past summer.
Dalrymple made his first public appearance after recovering from the burns last week at the Veterans Day ceremony.
