Retiring Rev. Tom Coots was presented with a citation at the E Club banquet with Vinnie Ragucci, Kevin O’Donnell, and Carl Colson. Rev. Coots is retiring from his chaplain’s post and intends to move to Florida. It was the last time he offered words and a blessing over the E Club banquet as chaplain.
