City officials and several residents have applauded the efforts of the Department of Public Works and its subcontractors for their efforts to remove snow during last Thursday’s snow storm. The Mayor’s Office indicated they have received many positive comments, and councilors such as Michael McLaughlin said he wanted to praise the work of the City crews in the difficult storm. Meanwhile, residents like Jimmy Aversa joined his family in clearing the sidewalks as the storm was in full force.
