Two pieces of heavy equipment remove the last scoop of soil from the lower levels of the Wynn Boston Harbor parking garage late last week. The project hit the ‘bottom out’ point at that time, marking the end of the land-based soil clean-up. The clean up resulted in approximately 13,100 truck and rail trips removing contaminated soil at a cost of around $30 million.
