Gloria Ann (Ciccarelli) LaSala, a lifelong resident of Everett, entered into rest on Friday, January 1 in the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital after being in failing health. She was 84 years of age.
Born in Everett, Gloria was a graduate of Malden Business School and worked as a secretary, retiring from the Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company.
She was the beloved and devoted wife of Anthony J. LaSala for over 63 years; dear and devoted mother of Donna M. LaSala of Everett; beloved sister of the late Carmella “Melinda” Quartarone; loving aunt of Ronald and Cindy Quartarone of Raynham and the late Linda Baniewicz and her surviving husband, Richard of Everett.
Her funeral will be held from the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main Street) Everett today, Wednesday, at 10 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett, at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
