Peter Skerry

Retired Everett Firefighter

Peter E. Skerry of Everett passed away on December 7. He was 89 years old.

Mr. Skerry was a US Navy veteran of World War II and an Everett Firefighter serving 32 years prior to his retirement.

He was the beloved husband of the late Catherine T. (O’Brien); loving father of Kathleen E. D’Angelo and her husband, Joseph, Michael P. Skerry and his wife, Mary, Stephen P. Skerry, Peter E. Skerry, Jr. and his wife, Linda, Daniel S. Skerry and his wife, Debra, and Margaret A. Haswell and her husband, Timothy; loving brother of the late John Skerry and his surviving wife, Dorothy, and the late Thomas Skerry. He is also survived by 15 cherished grandchildren, nine cherished great grandchildren, and many dear nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a funeral from the JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett on Saturday, December 13 at 9 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett at 10 a.m. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. Services will conclude with military honors in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Dorothy Mackey

Of Everett

Dorothy C. (Rogers) Mackey of Everett passed away on December 7. She was 74 years old.

The beloved daughter of the late Edgar and the late Dorothy Rogers, she was the beloved wife of the late Thomas F. Mackey, loving mother of Karen Mackey of Melrose, loving sister of Edgar, George, John, Ernest, Richard Rogers, Regina DiGregorio, and the late Robert J. Rogers and cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend her funeral on Thursday, December 11 from the J.F. Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett at 11:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Grace Church, 194 Nicholas St., Chelsea at 12:30 p.m. Visiting hours are today, Wednesday, from 4 to 8 p.m. Interment will be in Puritan Lawn Cemetery, Peabody. Barbara D’Agostino

Of Everett

Barbara M. (Crafts) D’Agostino of Everett passed away on December 4. She was 78 years old.

She was the beloved mother of Anne DeSantis of Everett, Joseph D’Agostino of Bridgewater, and John D’Agostino and his wife, Lucie of Tarzana, CA; loving sister of Lorraine Callinan of Everett; cherished grandmother of Dina DeSantis, Jessica Charles, Oliver D’Agostino, Elyssa D’Agostino, AbbyJo D’Agostino, and Mikaila D’Agostino and cherished great grandmother of Samara Banks. She is also survived by many dear nieces and nephews.

Her Funeral Mass was celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church on Monday. In Barbara’s memory, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, PO Box 1000, Dept 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.

Jermain Boisaubin

Of Everett

Jermain D. Boisaubin of Everett died on November 22.

He was the beloved son of Daniel and Yvonne (Lynch); dear brother of Yanique, all of Everett; loving grandson of Odile Pongnon and the late Ebert Pongnon of Everett and the late John R. Lynch and his surviving wife, Zelda Lynch of Hyde Park. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

His Funeral Service will be held in the Grace Church of All Nations, 451 Washington St., Dorchester on Friday, December 12 at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Richard Kendall

Of New Hampshire, formerly of Everett

Richard G. Kendall, Jr. of Seabrook, NH, formerly of Everett, entered into rest on Sunday, December 7 unexpectedly in the Exeter Hospital in Exeter, New Hampshire after being stricken at his part-time job at the Market Basket in Seabrook, New Hampshire. He was 75 years old.

Born in Boston, Richard lived in Everett for most of his life settling in New Hampshire for the last 13 years. He retired from NECCO in Revere where he worked as a sheet metal mechanic.

He was the beloved husband of Marilyn (Murphy); son of the late Cerina “Cherrie” (DiNino) and Richard G. Kendall, Sr. ; dear and devoted father of Lisa DeBonis and her husband, James of Derry, NH, Barbara Kendall of Everett, Richard M. Kendall of Gardner, Stephen Witkus and his wife, Stacie of Everett and David Witkus and his wife, Melissa of Douglas; loving grandfather of Christopher and Adam DeBonis, Joseph Schulte, Rebecca, Molly and Sara Witkus, and Cora and Jackson Witkus.

Relatives and friend are respectfully invited to attend Richard’s visiting hours in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main Street) Everett today, Wednesday, December 10 from 4 to 8 p.m. His funeral service will be in the funeral home on Thursday at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Everett.
