Frank Chiampi, Jr.

Lifelong Everett Resident;

had numerous careers

Frank F. Chiampi, Jr. of Everett entered into rest on Friday, October 31 in the Massachusetts General Hospitalin Boston. He was 71 years old.

Born in Everett, Frank was a life long Everett resident. He had many occupations during his lifetime. For many years he worked as a technician in the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital and during that time he was also at this funeral home,  Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home as a funeral assistant. Further on in his career, Frank became a customer relations staff supervisor for many years at the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles and, toward the end of his career, he was employed by the City of Everett as an inspector for the Code Enforcement Division of City Services. He was a member of Centro Presente.

He was the beloved son of the late Frank F. and Helen M. (Maffeo) Chiampi; dear and devoted brother of the late Helen T. Armstrong, Ralph F. and Anthony Chiampi and longtime dear friend of Antonio A. Estrada of Everett. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours at the Cafaso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main Street) Everett on Sunday, November 9 from 4 to 8 p.m. His Funeral will be held from the funeral home on Monday, November 10 at 10 a.m. Followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Anthony’s Church, 38 Oakes St., Everett at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.

Joseph ‘Giuseppe’ Bottari

Hotel service retiree of Revere,

formerly of Italy

Joseph “Giuseppe” Bottari of Revere died at home on November 1. He was 82 years old.

Joseph, who served in the Italian Army before moving to the United States from Itala Italy in 1964, retired from a career in hotel service.

He was the son of the Late Giuseppe Luigi and Domenica (D’Attila); beloved husband of 46 years to Carmela (Cacciola); devoted father of Louis and his wife, Jennifer of Marblehead and Steve and Donna Bottari, both of Revere; loving grandfather of Massimo, Sofia and Giorgio’ dear brother of Maria Gammacurta of Roslindale, Carmelo and Giovanni, both of Everett, Agatina Rinella of Medford, Nino of Brighton and the late Stefano Bottari. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephew. Funeral arrangements were by the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home,  Revere.
