Walter Erickson
Retired Kappy’s Truck Driver
Walter J. Erickson of Malden, formerly of Everett, entered into rest on Tuesday, August 5 in the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford. He was 88 years old.
Born in Blackstone, Massachusetts, Walter lived in Everett for many years before moving to Malden. He was a US Army veteran of World War II and retired from Kappy’s Liquors and Distributors in Everett where he worked as a truck driver.
The beloved husband of Theresa D. (Perusse) for over 66 years, he was the dear and devoted father of Leslie M. Warren and her late husband, Elmer “Al” of Everett, Mary B. Antonangeli and her husband, James of Malden and the late Joseph E. Erickson; brother of John Erickson of Florida and Mary Brodie of Everett and is also survived by seven loving grandchildren and four loving great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements were by the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, Everett. Interment was at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.

Robert Delorfano
Worked in Specialty Advertising
Robert C. Delorfano of Everett entered into rest on Tuesday, August 5 in the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington. He was 84 years old.
Born in Somerville, Bob lived in Everett for many, many years. He worked for several years in specialty advertising as a manager prior to his retirement. Bob was a former member of the Saugus-Everett Lodge of Elks #642 and a US Army veteran.
He was the beloved husband of the late Doreen T. (Carroll); dear and devoted father of Steven of Medford, Robert C. Jr. and his wife, Annmarie of Saugus, Cheryl Buntley of Texas, Paul J. of Stoneham and Cyndie Ovalle and her husband, Danny of Bradford; brother of Charles Dell of Stoneham and the late Elisa Tutela, and Joseph; brother-in-law of Lorraine DelOrfano of Medord; loving grandfather of Michelle Puopolo, Chantelle, Jenelle and Paul C. DelOrfano, Jr., Lauren Buntley, Samantha and Emma Ovalle; dear companion of Lorraine Bray of Everett and uncle of Cynthia Breen and Donald Tutela.
Funeral arrangements were by the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, Everett. Interment was in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
