Philip Francis Iorio, III

Of Everett

Philip Francis Iorio, III of Everett, died on December 4.

He was the beloved husband of Christine (Demeulle) Iorio and devoted father of Haley Iorio, both of Everett; loving son of Gloria Iorio of Lynn; loving brother of Derek James Iorio and Matthew David Iorio and his wife, Christina Iorio, all of Lynn; grandson of the late and beloved Frances “Gerry” Iorio and Philip Iorio Sr.; nephew of Aunt Lynn Liggett of Medford, Aunt Susan Lane and Aunt Sheila Silva, both of Lynn. Uncle Dennis Leary and the late Aunt Sandra Leary, both of Medford. He is also, survived by his nephew Derek “DJ” Iorio and his nieces Destiny, Julia, Sophia; cousins, Arthur Doherty and family of Stoneham, Edward Lord and family of Everett, Serena, Star, Jenna and their families and his grandmother Gloria Nickerson, and uncle Paul Nickerson, both of Lynn. Aunt Pauline of Fall River, his mother-in-law, Linda Demeulle, sister-in-law, Laura Hamilton and Brothers-in-law,, Tommy and James Marcello, all of Fitchberg and by many, many friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the memorial service at the Goodrich Funeral Home, 128 Washington St. Lynn, MA 01902, 781-592-2680. on Sunday, December 15 from 3 to 5 p.m.

Mary Ann Hery

Avid Supporter of Everett Youth Hockey

and Little League

Mary Ann (Rizzo) Hery of Everett died on December 6.

Mary Ann was a proud and avid supporter of Everett Youth Hockey and Everett Little League for many years who enjoyed spending her summers at the family lake house – HHH on Ossipee Lake.

The beloved wife of Louis R. Hery, she was the loving mother of Louis R. Hery, Jr. and his wife, Julie of Morristown, NJ and Keith Hery and his wife, Jean of North Andover; beloved daughter of the late Antonio and Constance Rizzo; loving sister of Antonio Rizzo and his wife, Madaline; loving Grammy of Louis III, William and Regan, who she loved being surrounded by and was also the loving auntie to many loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements were by the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, Everett.  Interment was at Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden. Donations in Mary Ann’s memory may be made to a charity of your choice.   roccofuneralhomes.com

Doris Jarvie

Retired Bookkeeper

Doris Jarvie of James Avenue, Winthrop, formerly of Everett, passed away at the Spaulding Hospital in Cambridge on December 3 after a brief illness. She was 87 years old.

Born in Chelsea, the beloved daughter of the late Mary (Caissie) and Alfred Allen, she has been a resident of Winthrop for the past 11 years and was a resident of Everett for many years. She was employed for many years as a bookkeeper in the construction industry.

She was the devoted wife of the late Donald Jarvie, Sr. and the loving mother of Donald Jarvie, Jr. and his wife, Michelle of Winthrop;  the dear sister of Robert Allen of Harwich and the cherished grandmother of Olivia and Sofia.

Funeral arrangements were by the  Caggiano Funeral Home, Winthrop.  Interment was in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
