Marion Lenora Tuck

Former Everett resident

Marion Lenora (Flight) Tuck, formerly of Middleton, Everett and Punta Gorda, Florida passed away peacefully on December 7 at Radius Healthcare Center in Danvers with her family by her side.  She was 82 years old.

The beloved wife of 51 years of the late Lester Tuck, she was the daughter of the late John and Alice  Flight and the sister of the late Maxwell and Harold Flight and Olga Fraser; loving mother of Deborah Carlberg and her husband, Robert, of Melrose, Stephen Tuck and his wife, Cynthia, of Randolph, Rhonda Hitron and her husband, Thomas, of Wesley Chapel, Florida and Darlene Buonopane and her husband, Pasquale, of Middleton. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Many thanks are extended  to all her caregivers at Spectrum Beverly, Elder Services of N S and Radius Danvers.

Her funeral was held from the Peterson-O’Donnell Funeral Home, Danvers followed by her Christian burial service at The Congregational Church of Topsfield at 11 am. Angelo ‘Paul’ Mucciarone

Everett resident

Angelo “Paul” Mucciarone of Everett died on December 21.

He was the beloved husband of Jean (Costa); loving father of Lisa S. Mucciarone of Malden and is also survived by his three loving grandchildren, Christian, Acacia and Angelica Brewer; loving brother of Ida Pisani and Mario Mucciarone, both of Australia, and Angiolina Bertone of Franklin, as well as many loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements were by the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, Everett. Burial was in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

Eugene McCarthy

Top Hat Award recipient,

longtime Stop & Shop meat manager

Eugene E. McCarthy of Everett died on December 24. He was 91 years old.

He was a member of St. Vincent dePaul Society for more than 50 years and a Top Hat Award recipient, a member of the Irma Club, a former crossing guard for 16 years, and a retired longtime meat manager for Stop & Shop.

He was the beloved husband of 70 years of Catherine “Kay” (Presti) McCarthy; loving father of Diane C. Delorey and her husband, Jim, of Everett, Eugene E. McCarthy, Jr. and his wife, Dorothy, of New Jersey, and Marie Dillon and her husband, Terry, of Everett; loving brother of the late Mary Gregoire; cherished Papa of 14 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. He is also survived by many dear nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend his funeral from the JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett, on Thursday, December 30 at 8 a.m followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary of The Assumption Church, 660 Washington Ave., Revere at 9 a.m. Visiting hours will be held today, Wednesday, from 4 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Everett resident

Mary E. Parlatore of Everett died on December 19.

She was the wife of the late Rocco Parlatore; loving
mother of Nicholas J. and Rocco F., both of Everett, and was the sister of many late brothers and sisters. She is also survived by six grandchildren.

Elizabeth ‘Betty’ ‘Liz’ DeFeo

Member of Revere American Legion

Elizabeth C. “Betty” “Liz” (Whalen) DeFeo of Chelsea died on December 21. She was 81 years old.

A member of the American Legion in Revere, Mrs. DeFeo spent her life as a caring and devoted wife, mother and homemaker.

She was the beloved wife for 58 years of Arthur V. DeFeo,  the loving mother of Glenn DeFeo and Kevin DeFeo, both of Chelsea and the daughter of the late John and Margaret (Connelly) Whalen.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the William R. Carafa & Son Home for Funerals, Chelsea. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett.

Joan Glynn

Everett resident

Joan A. (Ronan) Glynn of Everett died on December 22.

She was the beloved wife of Robert J. Glynn and loving mother of Robert Jr. of Everett, Thomas of Peabody, Tara Godfried and her husband, Andrew and Traci Glynn, all of Danvers; sister of her twin, James Ronan, of Everett, Theresa Darragh and her husband, Paul, of Rhode Island, Agnes Harkness and her husband, Roland, of Peabody and the late Michael, Joseph, Thomas, Roland, and Mary Dwyer; grandmother of Molly and Drew and also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements were by the Murphy O’Hara Funeral Home, Everett. Burial was in Puritan Lawn Cemetery, Peabody. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to Community Family, 121 Washington St., Medford, MA. 02155.

Sebastino ‘Tino’ Toste

Member of Moose and VFW

Sebastino “Tino” Toste of Revere died at the Chelsea Soldiers Home on December 21.

He was a US Army veteran of World War II and a member of the Revere Loyal Order of Moose and VFW Post 69 Malden.

He was the beloved husband of the late Mary C (Martucci); devoted father of Salvatore Toste of Revere and John Toste of Everett; dear brother of Steven Toste of Florida and the late Joseph Toste, Ida Engrasso, Alphia DeNuzzio, John Toste and  Salvatore Toste and is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements were by the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons- Bruno Funeral Home, Revere. Burial was in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park
