We have written before, and we are writing again, that the old senior high school cannot be sold and cannot be redeveloped. The space doesn’t work. The numbers don’t work.
In the truest sense, the building is a white elephant.
The mayor needs to get a federal grant to rip the place down and clear the site and to turn it into a public park for Everett’s residents.
Everett needs more open space – and this four plus acre site is perfectly suited.
